      Your troubleshooting skills will improve. Be ready to research, with little or no assistance.

      Cons

      Office politics, poor salary, toxic. They expect you to dance to their tune because it is a dynamic environment. Their HR team is the worst, they are the puppets.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
