Pros

Good benefits, good additional perks (childcare stipend, hybrid work schedule available, 1 1/2 weeks off for winter holidays, pet insurance, etc.), fair pay, but loooootttttssss of opportunity to advance within the company. They promote from within often. Most employees are passionate about what they do here. We do work hard but it is also rewarded and recognized. Hope this stays privately owned for years to come to keep the "magic" of this company alive. I don't think you would find the same atmosphere at a corporate owned monolith. They are always finding new ways to offer new perks/benefits/etc. for employees as well. The employees really go all out here to celebrate events and holidays. The decorations and get insane (in a good way). I've never seen anything like it at other companies.

Cons

You will work hard here but if you enjoy being busy and making an impact, it's a good place to be. Make sure you carve out time for yourself. You have good PTO here, but you need to make sure you use it to take a break.

Pros

Free coffee… if you survive the day, You’ll gain plenty of experience in how not to run a company, Builds “thick skin” whether you want it or not, Lots of practice dealing with micromanagement, High turnover means you’ll always be meeting new people

Cons

This company was one of the most toxic places I’ve ever worked. Leadership fostered a toxic environment filled with favoritism, constant micromanaging, gaslighting, zero accountability and disrespect toward employees. They micromanage every detail, set impossible expectations, and treat employees with no respect. Instead of encouraging growth and collaboration, management thrived on control and intimidation. The culture drains you instead of building you up. If you value your sanity, mental health career, or even just basic respect at work, stay far away. Toxic leadership that thrives on control and intimidation. Constant micromanagement with no trust in employees. Favoritism and unfair treatment across teams. Gaslighting and dismissive communication from management. Unrealistic expectations without adequate resources or support. No room for growth or career development. Disrespect toward employees at all levels. High turnover due to poor culture. Draining and mentally exhausting environment. Zero accountability at the leadership level
