TeacherTee have supported me massively in my career development. Always enabling me with training and career progressing opportunities. Luke, the founder, is down-to-earth and has become a close friend in our time together. They offer a freedom and flexibility to choose what hours you work, and permit a wide depth of creative freedom to experiment with processes and practices within the framework of the company. It has been a pleasure to work for them.
Cons
Sometimes that freedom to experiment can leave you at a creative loose-end and you explore avenues that could be eliminated earlier from the process with a more refined framework. That being said Luke and my other colleagues are always at hand to talk through any issues and refine the work to a more desirable outcome.
