      Smart passionate people and great team spirit in most locations

      Cons

      Senior management who unfortunately lost their way and grossly underestimated competition way back. Glass ceiling in place blocking entry into the senior clique.

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
