      Pros

      Before the Outbrain merger, the people I interacted with were great and the business problems were interesting to work on.

      Cons

      The leadership did not inspire. Ownership by Altice handcuffed the company from really innovating.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
