Pros
I am a contract worker through TEPCO. From the outside it has been a great place to work. During the pandemic they kept me working. During the short stint I was sent home from the company I was contracted to, they kept me on the payroll until I was called back and I am thankful for that. They do do things for the employees like monthly burger gatherings and almost quarterly bigger events like the holiday party and crawfish boils. The office has been designed as a place to work, train and a place to gather and engage with other coworkers (other contractors) that you wouldn't necessarily see day to day. Overall I have been happy here.
Cons
Inside the office there has been a high turnover and rumors of employees being over worked and under appreciated. These employees I respected and appreciated all the work and support they provided me. It was sad to see them go, they had been with the company a long time.
