Pros
They are very correct with payments and commissions. Their system of transferring money to Brazil is Rippling, so it works well. They have everyday training, só if you have no experience you may learn a lot.
Cons
You work a lot, it's 8 hours calling people and being cursed by customers that are tired of receiving phone calls from them. Their CRM software are outdated, so in the beginning you don't have new leads (which is comprehensive, but stressful)
