Pros
Extremely supportive and empowering leadership team.
Plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, develop and hone in on your area of expertise.
Lots to do and be involved in - especially if you like building things from scratch!
Cons
Chaotic and lots of ambiguity because we are going through an important period of change - but then again, some people thrive in this kind of environment! So, this is not really a negative for me personally. With all the support I get from my managers, the chaos becomes very easy to navigate not to mention, build processes around.

Disorganized. Immature. Lays out a strategy and then changes midstream. Consistently losing top talent to their competition. Decision making process is very slow and sales processes are behind their competitors. They are trying to sell the business and have problems focusing on growing revenue.
