      Pros

      Amazing and passionate coworkers, the office is nice and they do not expect everyone to return to be in office full time.

      Cons

      The pay for anyone not in a senior/director position is barely livable for a company in Santa Monica. Raises and reviews are skirted for months at a time, always with an excuse. They do not contribute anything to their employee 401k's. They do not invest in retaining employees, only hiring fresh new talent for low salaries when the ones before become burnt out or start asking for more.

      flexible hours low stakes, nothing you work on really matters in the grand scheme of the world gaming adjacent little oversight

      no direction questionable morals lack of coherent strategy whoever has been in the ears of people in power last get their way too many grifters touting "expertise knowledge"
