Pros

Team Health has made a fairly smooth transition after obtaining the contracts from our local physician group. We are currently in the process of determining our RVU basis. They do seem committed to providing good support services to their physicians regarding billing and communication with us and hospital administration. It has been a good fit so far, and they are fair to deal with.

Cons

RVU basis undergoing determination now which will take about a year to finalize. I cannot comment on how fair the final outcome will be until it is completed. It was much easier to deal with our local group regarding questions than with the large Team Health complex.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
