Cons
At first I thought the company was great. I told all of my friends and family to use their products and I was a real advocate. I came to find out 6 months into my employment that the company is saturated with Scientology methods. The CEO and her mother are devout Scientologists. We were forced to take official Scientology courses and this was the only way to do well in the company.
If your stats were down, you would be ignored and shunned... literally, the CEO would not even look at you or acknowledge you. If your stats were up, you were praised. You are promised the world but you are given SO much work and you are expected to do it all because GOD FORBID your stats fall. There was a huge lack of consistency in my position and things were constantly added onto my "battle plan" to "remedy" any down stat.
If you are down stat because of a reason out of your control, it doesn't matter... you HAVE to remedy to get your stats up. It doesn't matter that the internet went down or Instagram glitches for hours, it is YOUR fault. The amount of micromanaging was suffocating. We are also ENCOURAGED to write people up...
Not to mention the company cannot hold employees. I watched the CEO fire an entire department in one week. You never feel like you have a safe and stable position because at any moment for any reason you can be fired. They do not care about you. Your first year, you only get 3 PTO...
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
