Toxic environment with poor leadership and favoritism - Manufacturing Engineer Tecan Employee Review

Favoritisms. The manager cannot lead at all. Often taking info from engineer and claim he do everything. Bad mouth the reporting. Not do the work .only talk. Go talk to higher up. Higher up do not do anything just okay with everything. QA team also very bad. He sign off for 1st rev and end up blame other for own mistake. No integrity. Bully all ove the place. Project manager with no good plan.
