Unlimited overtime. Built great relationships with dispatch team. No micro management and or management. Lunch optional.
Cons
Management drops the ball all day everyday and they often look for ways to place blame on other employees. This companys system is unsecured and was hacked during my employment. They seem to always be in crisis and dispatchers are encouraged to give their employees the run around. I was trained by the hvac dispatcher, answered majority of customer calls but had no job clear description of what my position was. They hired someone as the hot side dispatcher which left me floating to help where needed. Technicians were easy to work with but often had call backs. Very unprofessional. 0 stars for working here. I wouldn’t even have put on my resume but I was there for a year. Worse job ever.
