Pros
Nothing of that kind - there is nothing good in it. Not even a single point. _ Pro can be for people who don't work and say big words. They encourage only them. So those useless stuff can join the company without second though. But this goes well for 3 months only.
Cons
- CEO don't even know what it means by IT and he drives the company without any knowledge - When there is an undelivered project - he says to take money and convey client that we can't work. - Sadly there is no washroom even in the company - Just a cheating company - no employee will be rewarded or recognised. They hire and they fire - for no reason
