Pros

Likes It is good for fresher in the first 1-2 years for learning and getting experience. However, beyond that , it become a dead end. If you stay longer than 2 years, you are essentially wasting both your time and you skills as there is minimal opportunities for growth .

Cons

Dislikes 1. Lack of Projects and Utilization Issues – The company suffers from a severe shortage of projects, leaving most employees on the bench with nothing meaningful to do. While they are still receiving salaries, they are unable to contribute effectively, despite their willingness to work. 2. Ineffective Top Management – The leadership, especially the top management, is completely clueless about running the company. They lack the ability to manage projects, bring in new business, or provide any strategic direction. Their inefficiency is a major reason for the company’s struggles. 3. Toxic Work Environment & Micromanagement – The work culture is highly toxic, with excessive micromanagement from both the director and HR personnel. Employees are constantly monitored and have little to no autonomy in their roles. 4. Favoritism & Regional Bias – Some employees have been with the company for years, not because of their expertise or performance but due to favoritism and regional bias. These individuals fail to justify their experience and lack essential leadership skills, yet they continue to hold onto their positions. 5. Unnecessary Monitoring of Attendance & Breaks – The management is overly obsessed with micromanaging trivial things like break times, early departures, late arrivals, and even casual or planned leaves. Employees are expected to remain in the office for long hours, regardless of their productivity. 6. False Promises of Promotions – The company frequently promises career growth and promotions but never follows through. Despite meeting expectations and working hard, employees find themselves stuck with empty assurances. Only the top management enjoys significant salaries and perks, while others see no real career progression. 7. Slow & Insignificant Promotions/Appraisals – The company takes an unreasonably long time to promote employees, often ignoring the appraisal cycle. Even when promotions or salary hikes are given, they are minimal and do not reflect employees’ efforts or contributions.

Pros

My internship experience at TechCoopers was extremely positive and rewarding. From the very beginning, the team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone in the company was supportive and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance. During my three-month internship, I had the opportunity to learn a lot and gain practical exposure to real work environments. The mentors and team members were very cooperative, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. It was a great place to grow professionally and build confidence. I am grateful for the experience and thankful to the entire TechCoopers team for such a supportive environment.
