Pros
Nothing great. I joined techengg and was thinking it was a good opportunity. But turned out one of the worst company.
Cons
No goals No deadlines or no projects just work on anything thats come. No structure in place all depend on Bobby sir for everything. There is nothing much to learn or get experience. Salary strucutre bad no PF/Medical or any other benefits.
