Pros
Very nice owner, and the workflow is dependent on the clients. Sometimes this means it is a fast day, other days it is slow.
Cons
Because everything was set up by either prior employees, or by the owner, you will get lost trying to figure out what was done prior to getting to a location. Sometimes they will write down what was done, but when not written down, it becomes a 3 hour venture, that should've only taken about 20 minutes.
