Thank you for your feedback. While we value the input of our employees, both current and former, it is important to address some misunderstandings in your review.
Firstly, regarding the unfulfilled promises of a role change to developer, there was no official commitment made to convert Business Analysts into developers. The Business Analyst role at TechNeurons follows a well-defined career path, which includes promotions to Project Coordinator, Client Manager, or Project Manager roles, depending on performance and career aspirations. This misconception seems to have been circulated by certain individuals with the intention of misguiding new hires, particularly from this team, who have the potential to grow significantly if they focus on their roles.
As for your comment about office politics, while individual employees may occasionally create unnecessary friction, TechNeurons has always worked hard to foster a positive work environment. We do not encourage or tolerate workplace politics, and we actively address such matters to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for everyone.
The claim about a lack of project transparency is also not reflective of the reality at TechNeurons. Project assignments and expectations are communicated through regular meetings and discussions with the team leads and project managers. If there was a lack of clarity, we encourage employees to bring it up with their managers, as transparency is a priority for us.
Regarding the inflexible work schedule and working on Saturdays, this is typically applicable only for freshers during their probation period to help them integrate better with the team and the work environment. Beyond that, rotational shifts are implemented to ensure a balance between work and personal life. The same applies to casual leave requests, which are handled as per company policies, but we do not deny valid leave requests without reason.
We also want to clarify the point about holiday policies for night shift employees. Our compensation structure adheres to industry standards, and where applicable, we ensure that compensatory leave or additional pay is provided. However, any specific cases can always be addressed through HR.
We are also facing a situation where a small group of malicious ex-employees, or individuals who support their misdeeds, are attempting to harm the company’s reputation through coordinated attacks. We take these matters seriously and have initiated legal action for a thorough investigation into the situation.
Lastly, we appreciate your recognition of our social media presence, but it is unfortunate that you feel it does not match your experience. The social media efforts are a reflection of our vibrant workplace culture and engagement with the team. If your experience differed, we would have appreciated you raising it internally with management.
