Pros

A company with a family-like feel to it - it's a great place to work in, as you get access to the management and everyone else in company at any time due to the flat hierarchy. The management encourage employees to advance in any areas of IT and even fund the education and reward you for it. It's like a small family with a great culture. The company is on a positive growth trajectory so it can only get bigger and better for everyone involved.

- Good hours - On site parking

Cons

- Lie to employees - Poor management - Get blamed for things you dont know about nor know how to do - Blame the new person - Poor support - Get told to get on with it and google your solutions after little to no training - Will be expected to be an expert when your are there to do an apprenticeship - Get told "we'll teach you tomorrow" " we'll teach you next week" - Nobody tells you when complaints are made only at your probation so they can get rid of you and do not provide evidence. - Threats of contract termination - get told that you had 'hints' to improve, but they won't actually tell you. - Talk down to you - Won't take any blame for how awful their support has been. PLEASE DONT WORK HERE
