Management, or should I better say dictatorship (be prepared to shut up and be on your knees) that acts in a humiliating way towards its employees and doesn't possess any serious business skills ; no business processes in place in order to manage people professionally ; strategy is based on quickly making money without ethics that would create customer trust... they only survive and do alright because of the superiour technology - with the right management they would be amazing.
