Management: - High level changes so fast so does company strategy and plan --> lost in direction - No clear leadership in middle management level -> junior employees don't know how to contribute - No clear acknowledgement of employees' achievements Collaboration: - Coordination in a center is good but among centers are not so good - Lacking of standardize procedures and attitude to collaborate Work life balance: - Always dealing with deadlines and pressure, cause of lacking of collaboration, skills, and standardization
