Pros

PTO is generous and time is flexible

Cons

Pay is bad by industry standards for starting a tech but if you're not a tech you'd be better off working at Home Depot as most non tech positions pay minimum wage starting out. Standard raise of 3% every year regardless of output, achievements or success of the department or individual. At and individual level the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are amazing. However, upper management consistently are pushing on middle management for unrealistic expectations/output. After individuals quit or leave for various reasons rather than hire NEEDED positions, the company decided to simply stretch people thinner and thinner such that individuals are now doing the jobs of 2-4 people with no pay increase or other forms of compensation. Job atmosphere is fairly grim with frustration at the company at large. I wouldn't recommend anyone working for this company unless desperate for any job with flexible hours. The one saving grace is the PTO is generous and as stated above the people in entry/middle level positions in general are an absolute delight to work with. I really hope the company figures out that people are leaving not just because the pay is poor but because they have cultivated a bleak atmosphere in terms of furthering careers

Pros

Great benefits and coworkers and that is it.

Cons

Everything else. Upper management is a joke. Terrible leadership. Don’t work as a team. Put you down and make the job stressful for no reason. The pay isn’t competitive what so ever. You can work at McDonald and make more than you will here. There is no chance of growth within this company. You’re either their favorite or they don’t care about you at all. You won’t feel heard or seen. Always be prepared to take on more then your job description with no increase to your pay whatsoever. Turnover is extremely high. People who have been with the company for many years are leaving.
