Good Place to Work - Project Lead Techlet Solutions Employee Review

A very good company to start your career as a fresher and also cool environment for experienced engineers/developers. Company's director (Pranav Shankar) is a very experienced and highly qualified , who actively looks every project himself and helps all developers individually . Salary is also timely credited every month. Overall experience of around 6 month in techlet was very good which triggered my career in software development.

All team employees are polite but the guy Amit Rastogi who leads almost all the projects there is very frustrated, cruel and odd person. Be beware of Amit Rastogi.

1. You will like the salary 2. You will get a decent yearly appraisal 3. Salary on time 4. More to learn for Developers and less to Management employees 5. Nice environment 6. They do Justice with everyone 7. You may get parties if you urge from the upper management :)

1. One room company 2. Management keeps track of every minute of employees 3. You may have to work from home in case of urgency (And they have their urgency every day) 4. You may have to stay late nights or full night frequently to complete the work 5. The work environment needs improvement
