Pros
As part of the HR operations team, I’ve had the opportunity to see how much effort goes into creating a consistent and positive employee experience across regions. The company is genuinely invested in building a collaborative and inclusive environment. Most employees are supportive, and cross-functional teamwork is encouraged. Leadership is approachable and generally open to feedback. In recent years, there’s been more focus on people-centric decision-making, and leaders are increasingly visible and involved in culture and engagement initiatives. There’s also been a clear focus toward improving internal processes and systems. but there’s momentum. For employees, this means better tools, more streamlined processes, and clearer HR touchpoints throughout the employee journey. Learning opportunities exist, especially for those who are curious and proactive.
Cons
Given the global nature of the business, there’s a lot of coordination involved which means things can sometimes take a bit longer due to multiple layers of review or input. This isn’t necessarily a drawback, but it does require patience and clear communication.
