Pros
• A handful of genuinely talented individuals who were unfortunately either pushed out, ignored, or silenced.
• That’s it.
Cons
Cons:
• Leadership is fragmented, disorganized, and often plays favorites. There is no clear vision or strategy, and managers seem more interested in maintaining their own power dynamics than in driving results.
• Toxic workplace culture: I witnessed leadership protect one another while undermining or silencing valuable team members who raised valid concerns or simply tried to do their jobs well.
• Lack of accountability: No one takes ownership for mistakes or failed projects. Instead, blame is passed around or placed on more junior staff, regardless of the circumstances.
• Unethical behavior: I observed questionable and unprofessional actions, including project ideas being taken without credit, unfair treatment of certain staff, and processes that lacked transparency and integrity.
• High turnover and poor morale: Many capable people left or were pushed out, and the overall morale has steadily declined.
• Discriminatory behavior: There were repeated patterns of exclusion and bias that were never addressed or acknowledged by leadership, despite being brought to their attention.
