At TFS I know everything we do has a purpose: installing high quality solar safely and with integrity. At TFS I know the people I work with care about each other and the work we do together. We succeed by working together, because the work we do requires cooperation. Our success has the potential to help our community and our world, but it also means I can rely on TFS to be there for the long term so I can continue doing the work I like doing.

There isn't really a corporate ladder to climb at TFS, which for some might feel like a con. It's a small company, so if you look for promotions and changes in job titles there is some, but not a lot of that.

At TFS we work to make the world better by helping our community find alternate ways to power their homes and have a lighter footprint on this planet. We also show that it is feasible to have an alternative to the standard capitalist society where profits come before everything else. We work hard, are fairly rewarded, and are able to build on a strong community of support.

Installation work is hard during the summer
