Pros

Decent pay, and benefit structure. Comparable to industry standards Technipaq used to be very family oriented and felt like a group of collaborative, team players. While making the jump to the next level a lot has been lost in that regard.

Cons

For office personnel there is a minimum of 30 hours of meetings per week. Very hard to make progress in critical areas because you will always just be talking about what to do versus having enough time to execute it.

Pros

Technipaq has a very involved Owner who cares about the business and his employees. This kind of company is a dying breed in 2025. All of the staff are very friendly and cooperative. Compensation is average given the area, but considering the wonderful work environment you’d be hard pressed to ask for more. Every individual is valued at Technipaq and can have a real impact on the company. Growing company offers job stability and the opportunity to take-on more responsibilities if you want to. Work-life balance is great, I have never been pressured to work extensive hours. Also, you get full benefits with a 401k match.

Cons

No eggnog at the Christmas lunch (but it was a great event overall!)
