Pros
Top leadership is highly encouraging, enterprising and supportive. Leaders are great mentors. Performance culture - I got a surprise increment, never expected it. Professional working environment. Great opportunities for cross functional/sectional learning. Peers are very supportive and there is environment of collegiality and mutual respect among all levels of staff. Great inter departmental bonding. Well equipped guest house for project staff allows you to leave behind petty worries and focus on work.
Cons
Its not a place for people who believe in the traditional development sector i.e. take long time to show impact. The organization really works hard on market led interventions and you have to keep pace with it.
