      Nothing at all is good in this company

      1. They do not pay salary on time 2. They don't pay proper festival bonus 3. Bad management 4. Micro Managing each employees task 5. The senior members can't even write an email properly I can go on for 1000 more points, everything is just bad about this company.

      Pros

      - Friendly Colleagues - 30 holidays per year

      Cons

      - Everything else is bad i.e. no acknowledgement on given tasks, poor salary structure, toxic managerial body, no lunch or coffee available, bad HR service. The length of holidays are much but holiday requests are rejected very often without valid reason.
