I'm sorry you feel this way. There are many issues, please let me address them:
For HR and any related issues such as questions of harassment, please address these issues with the HR director, F. Achim. These matters are not taken lightly but if we are unaware, we cannot take appropriate actions.
As you mention, there has not been raises for everyone lately but we have had profit sharing for the last two years to compensate.
All matters regarding the furniture and decor are an issue of the past, we are moving to our new offices and will have new furniture and brand new office environment.
For the COOP, it is a mandatory program for all employees. It is addressed as such in all documentation from the day a job offer is made. It is a very advantageous RRSP program that let's you invest in the company where you work, where you can make a difference, the COOP owns 43% of TEC after all.
