As a paramedic it is important I continue to grow my knowledge to continue to help people. Most other career fields you can stagnate and stay stuck in you ways. TPI discourages this and takes everyones opinion into consideratuon. Your growth is determined by you ultimately. You can remain level one or be taken to the top with professionals to aide you. With bonuses, additional pay for (paid by company) certifications. This is definetly top three of my favorite companies I have worked for. The people are some of the most easiest people I have met to get along with. If you are a beginner or advanced youll find a positive drive with this family. Only left to aide in sobering center of austin. No issue with tpi in any regards.

I do nit have a single issue with TPI they guard you against belligerant people very quickly and you are a priority to management.
