Every employee is unsatisfied/unhappy Too restricted environment. Management blames employees. Everything is controlled by director & his wife. Too much workload Experienced person is replaced by interns. They will stop you from talking with other employees. Differentiating in interns & experienced person No break in between, take tea at your desk.
