      Friendly culture, everyone busy learning and implementing new things. The work here is often challenging and you tend to face type of circumstances which adds to the learning curve.

      Cons

      Every startup has its own challenges,but I didn't found any thing to be termed as con over here.

      1. Opportunities for growth at a personal level are boundless. 2. If you work good, you get recognized. If your don't, survival might be a struggle. 3. Healthy working environment. 4. Positively growing company, having potential and resources to work with enterprises. 5. Highly skilled resources. 6. Open to new ideas and to evolve with time.

      - Lot to learn as there'll be lots of work. - Co-operative and understanding team. - Management is good and supportive. - Technically, I would say one of the best startups for a full stack developer in & about Rajasthan.

      - Not a place for those who want easy money without doing any hard work.
