Cons
Low salary and lack of job security create constant stress. Employees are under continuous surveillance even during the training period and aren’t allowed simple breaks like stepping out for coffee. The work environment is heavily micromanaged, with slow and overly complicated internal processes.
The office infrastructure is also poor. There’s no proper space to sit and eat, forcing employees to stand in the balcony during lunch. Even the basic facilities, like office chairs, are worn out, dirty, and lack proper cushioning, making long working hours uncomfortable.
