Pros

the colleagues are nice and friendly

Cons

my suggestions to the current employees Ask, ask and ask: During your tenure in Techved, you should always ask for the timely release of the salary. Don’t be shy, don’t hesitate and most importantly don’t wait for the management to respond. Regarding payment issues, they usually don’t initiate; they don’t respond. I know, almost all of the current staffs have not got their variables. I simply asked about my variables, I was told that I wouldn’t get it because I was not a part of the company during its release. I was in the company for the last 8 and half months, and they didn’t feel the necessity to release during that period. A simple question of mine “why did not the company release it in time” brought rage in MD’s face and shouted saying company was in financial crisis, “karr lo kya karr loge”, “go and fight in the court”. Such a threatening and irresponsible answer I got. These responses imply that she can do anything to those who does not have any support. Honesty, Loyalty and Trust: Be honest, loyal and faithful as a human being. These are the virtues of being a human. But sorry to say, these do not count in Techved. Only one thing counts and that is professionalism. Do not stay late hours, do not come to work on holidays, do not receive client calls in your personal number and in fact do not receive office calls in non-office time. Do not work on the projects you are not assigned to. Job profile: Do not work on something that you are not hired for. For example, a QA working as a UX, an SEO guy working in codes and domain hosting, an IT support guy as a creative designer. This way, company saves money that might have spent to those respective profiles. But you guys don’t get a single penny out of this extra income that the company makes. Company earns from two job profiles but it pays you back only for your profile. Compensation for delay: And the salary, you know that’s not on time, normally. By making late release of the salary also, they are making dual profit. Lets say you get salary for the month of November on the 3rd of January (a special case of mine!!), that amount is on hold in company’s bank account. This way, the company gets interest for that amount for that period (December - 30 days in this case). But my question is, does the company pay you that interest? Don’t expect this. You will just get a late salary but the company is making interest out of your salary. But you know what you lose, if you have to pay EMI for something, you need to pay interest for that. Your loss because of the late salary release never gets compensated. For me, they didn’t not release the variable salary that was supposed to be released on every quarter of the year. As a past employee, I did not get salary for the last two months even if I gave notification one month ahead. They must have paid a month salary at least, but they didn't. It's not only me, there are other employees also who did not get full payment by the time they leave the company. So, leaving the company as soon as one gets his salary has become a trend in this company. My suggestions to those who are willing to join this company Read the HR policy very clearly. There are some terms like you cannot work in competitors' company within 1 year as soon as you leave this company. You won't get variable salary if you leave the company (in fact, they do not release variable salary even if they say it would be released quarterly). Monthly salary is very lately.( 10-20 days late is normal, I got 1 month late. Indian labor law says if salary is more than a month late, it should be compensated. Do not expect this.) They would show you the HR policy after working 15 days, at that time it is difficult to decide whether to accept it or reject it.

Pros

Opportunity to work on different projects. Team members were generally cooperative. Exposure to client-facing work and delivery processes.

Cons

Employees may feel pressured to resign instead of receiving clear communication about employment decisions. Inconsistent treatment during the Full & Final Settlement process. Some employees reportedly receive their settlements smoothly, while others face difficulties and extended follow-ups. Long waiting periods after exit formalities before receiving clear responses regarding pending dues. Variable pay decisions are communicated only after employees become ex-employees, making it difficult to understand or challenge the decision. Lack of transparency regarding compensation policies and payout criteria. Payroll and settlement-related queries often require repeated follow-ups. Poor communication and accountability during the employee exit process.

Pros

It was very short period

Cons

Low salary and lack of job security create constant stress. Employees are under continuous surveillance even during the training period and aren’t allowed simple breaks like stepping out for coffee. The work environment is heavily micromanaged, with slow and overly complicated internal processes. The office infrastructure is also poor. There’s no proper space to sit and eat, forcing employees to stand in the balcony during lunch. Even the basic facilities, like office chairs, are worn out, dirty, and lack proper cushioning, making long working hours uncomfortable.
