There is no office time but 9 am to 11 pm you can consider. Salary always in next to next month means current month salary will come after 2 months that too sometime half month salary. Employees treated like slave. Initial salary 5 to 6 thousand. Bond of 2 years if you leave before you have to pay 3 lac for getting experience letter. Saturday is also working day it means after joining you won’t get time to switch company because for engineers Saturday is career making day. Due to bond and lagging salary ( means they will always have your 3 months salary in there hand) experience persons who is having family not able to leave and still they are continuing. Coming to me, they did give me last month salary oh sorry not only me other also who were working with me, isn’t it fun guys. Pf amount they were deducting but it never went in my Pf account by the way the Pf account when I checked it was on some other name, this is also funny isn’t it so in short I can say Pf amount they will deduct but amount will not come to your account it. Many more cons related to this company. Believe me all whoever given good feedback I think they forgot their experience there or after leaving Teclever also they scared that when they will switch to other company for background verification may be Teclever will give bad feedback.
