Pros
The work here is challenging, varied, often under tight time constraints and fast-paced. It’s a fun, friendly and flexible place to work. There is a heavy emphasis on teamwork otherwise we couldn’t do what we do as well as we do it. Many of us socialise together outside of work time and we all have to get our heads down and graft when required. It’s a growing company with all the challenges that arise from this, such as implementing new processes, practices, software etc… Obviously, some things work out better than others but we all do our best to make it work. I’m constantly impressed by what we have and can achieve.
Cons
The cons are negligible as you'll find the same ones anywhere you work with other people. Some people have knowledge gaps. Some people don't always provide you with all the info. Some people have off days. And so on. It would be boring if it was perfect.
