I had a great experience working in Special Assistance Research. The role helped me develop my analytical and problem-solving skills while working on meaningful projects. The team was supportive, and I gained valuable hands-on experience that strengthened my understanding of research processes and real-world applications.

My experience in Special Assistance Research was challenging at times due to interpersonal issues within the team. There were situations involving misunderstandings and poor communication that were not handled effectively, which created a difficult work environment. While the role itself had learning value, I believe stronger leadership and clearer conflict resolution processes are needed.
