      Pros

      Great Retirement (if you can make it 5 years) Good pay Great Benefits The Tecolote Culture is outstanding however once you in your contract you are dealing with an entrily different culture ( be aware the Tecoote culture is not the Aerspace, or SMC base culture each are diffrent )

      Extremely poor leadership in amongst the program leads -particularly in the Operations shop

      Pros

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Great people to work with, great overall compensation package (medical, retirement)

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
