Conversely, it’s difficult to formulate a response to your comment « it’s non hydraulic and very poor guidance ». Was this in relation to the organization, to your department, your team, or your managers? We do hope that you shared your concerns and that you provided specific details to your HR Business Partner during your exit interview.
