Not so much a con, but I do not think Tectrade really know what a great working environment and ethic they have. Sure it is talked about and there is a very strong level of appreciation right through the business - but just weeks into my role here I feel like I've been a member of this family for years and, coming from a very large global organisation that was extremely passionate about it's people and the customer experience, Tectrade certainly have a lot of magic in their office and it's only going to get stronger and stronger.
