Pros

Guys, who ever is having an offer & joining Tectura India, ensure that you don't repent on the offer after 8 months time. The company is best for people who have are workaholic and enthusiastic to learn and work hard, but without any fruits your labor. The company runs on False Promises to its clients & its employees. Please join the company, when you are looking for short Tenure work options. The salary hike for the New joiner is high, ( and no hikes later) and be prepared to be a single man army to pull all the Projects single handedly, with nill support from Top Management. ( there is a serious resource crunch in the company) Saturdays, sundays are holidays but the weekends will be working in case of Implementation Projects, as dictated by client.

Cons

The Management wants to run the company in Charity, without paying its employees and over charging its clients The Company was once large and had a brand name, but now it is no more the case, the client base is reducing and existing clients leave the company. The Project managers are not aware of the software and team motivation is nill due to poor project communication. Small Players in the market are definitely better than Tectura in the Market, in terms of commitment , cost & timelines.

Pros

A global organization with large global clients. There is a diverse group of very talented people employed at Tectura. While internal training is practically non-existent there are team members willing to share knowledge as time allows.

Cons

The layers of upper management are in a constant state of upheaval. Meanwhile nothing really changes. Employee retention is a problem. The company culture doesn't act as though it values the revenue generating employees. The turn over in the past year has been ridiculous.
