      Pros

      Lovely and hard-working staff, good salaries, great locations

      Cons

      Terrible management with no vision or insight into the markets they are trying to succeed in. Alienated and demotivated staff as a result. Poor strategy and unfulfilled potential are frustrating.

      For the most part there was a good work/life balance. Enjoyed working there.
