The pay was low. Employees would openly talk to one another about the low salaries and basically commiserate over them. "Bonuses" were cheaper gift cards or gifts, but never something monetary that was useful.
The CEO, Ben Rowland, was a terrible presence in the office. He openly battled with employees, sometimes screaming at them. It felt like he was nice to people when he wanted something from them.
It was quiet there. It was often silent like a graveyard. Not a lot of energy.
Reviews never happened with any consistency. You have to ask multiple times to get one.
