Pros
A lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. Company takes great pride in quality of products and customer service. It is great working for a company that provides a product you can stand behind.
Cons
It can be very fast paced and a little hectic at times. Some times the hours are long. Wouldn't recommend unless you are a "go getter".
