Dear Former Employee - Anonymous Employee ( As name not revealed), Thanks for your detailed feedback. Issues are already being addressed & resolved simultaneously. However, this review has so much of touch personal opinion due to personal consequences. The way you perform is the way you get rewarded. While hiring we never mentioned it as a mere 9-5 job. We are working on a product, which requires extra dedication. Nothing is normal. We expect higher enthusiasm & same reflects on the appraisals & flexibilities given to employees. We do not promote micromanagement, which leads to higher frustration. On the contrary, we believe employees should work out of their will & not only they are getting paid for it. This is what.. makes us different in terms of the working environment. Every employee has a different mindset towards their goals & handling responsibilities. It is pretty normal if you feel you were not fit for the organization. Seeing our low employee turnover ratio there many people who want to WORK HARD, LEARN & GROW. Thank
