Pros
Tekie has been a wonderful place for me. Though we are all working from home at present, we are connected. Senior management is very approachable. You can reach out to anyone at any time. There is a culture which promotes self development. Amazing training sessions! The entire organization works as very closely knit community. Team leads are always there to help each the team grow and provide motivation.
Cons
None as of now. I have been in Tekie for quite a few months now and worked under different profiles. Untill now I have that even the smallest achievements are recognized! No complaints!
