Pros
Smart people and very interesting problems. The physics of High frequency HW design is fascinating. Also, you will get to solve very complex Math problems with SW. Great experience with some great people.
Cons
Constant demand from parent company to reduce expenses. Very little investment in R&D with a yearly layoff. They also happen to target the layoff for the most experienced/expensive engineers. Good place to start but do not plan to stay for long.
