Pros
The company and its benefits are some of the best in the business. During COVID, the company made a conscience decision to pay employees if they became sick. Great company.
Cons
I chose to leave because I wanted to move up the ladder; I attempted to meet with my leader in regards to this, he didn't have a direct path or a plan of how I could get there. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to wait 2-3 years.
