Working at Teladoc has been amazing. In my nearly 3 years, we have undertaken 3 key mergers that have not only added to the arsenal of products and services we offer, but, we have integrated our diverse cultures, products, and people to become one Teladoc. InTouch, Better Help and Livongo are now a part of our great company and we are now able to offer online therapy, which has given our patients the safety and privacy to schedule and seek the support they need. We treat chronic conditions that have given our patients new hope while partnering with the employer and insurance partner to help shoulder the cost. And offer time-mitigating strategies to diagnose and treat diseases like never before. Innovations that may have saved my father, who passed nearly 11 years ago. These innovations are touching the lives of everyone and I have found great purpose and fulfillment in the journey we have undertaken. Lastly, our culture is one of the most diverse and awesome cultures I have ever had the help in building. I think our mission attracts people who care about people and that shines through in the diversity of cultures, races, genders, religions, beliefs, etc. We're building the future of healthcare. Nothing worth doing was ever going to be easy. Then again, who really wants easy? Our hardest days are the days we learn the most and deep down, I know my efforts are helping to save lives. Yes, we may be a 20-year-old company, but with the recent mergers, we have a forest of opportunities, very similar to a start up. Trying to integrate four companies with different products, services, technologies is a heavy lift. If you're a learner and appreciate a challenge, this place is for you. If you're looking for a 9-5 job, probably not the best fit.
